Quantum Biospace, Europe’s first TechBio science park, accelerates tech-first and AI-driven drug discovery, development, and manufacturing by uniting biology, technology, and premium facilities in Wavre North at the heart of Belgium. We provide life sciences and technology companies with the perfect ecosystem to revolutionize drug discovery, development, and manufacturing through data-driven approaches. Aiming to expedite the TechBio paradigm shift in the biopharmaceutical industry, we offer a combination of cutting-edge real estate facilities, a unique venture builder studio, and a world-class science and technology community.

Quantum Biospace science park, developed by real estate promoter BVI.EU, will provide in total 70 000m² of premium dedicated facilities to host R&D, manufacturing and commercialization activities including radiopharmacy labs, dry labs, wet labs, biocontained labs, clean rooms, production facilities, offices, premium business services and amenities. The park is located at the connection of Belgium’s three BioRegions Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels, offering ideal position to leverage the country’s entire pool of talents.

Ongoing projects/partnerships/collaborations

Quantum BioVenture Studio is a TechBio startup we co-founded in 2024 with UCLouvain/Sopartec and Invest.BW. We take a serial approach to entrepreneurship, leveraging tech-first biology innovations for target and drug discovery across various therapeutic areas and modalities. Our venture studio model is built around venture capital-funded R&D projects, conceived, and developed in-house, and launched with the momentum of a startup factory. Quantum BioVenture Studio received the label BW2030 at creation.
